What happens if I don't use all my hours?
Unused hours roll over within the same billing month, so a quieter week isn't lost.
Can I change packages later?
Yes - you can move between packages at the start of any billing cycle as your needs change.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Packages run month-to-month with no long-term contract. We just ask for 14 days' notice to cancel.
What if my needs go over my package hours?
Additional hours are billed at £35/hr, always with your sign-off before we go over.
